Up to now, there exist some computational approaches to measure the similarity between two diseases. According to the usage of diverse biological data, more than 20 methods are classified into four classes (including semantic-based, function-based, text mining-based and information fusion-based methods) and their results are collected by us. The relevant information is shown as the table below.
