李敏
个人简介
李敏,女,1978年4月生,中南大学信息科学与工程学院教授、博士生导师。 分别于2004年、2008年获中南大学工学硕士学位和工学博士学位。主要从事生物信息学研究,特别是在复杂生物网络分析、蛋白质复合物识别、关键蛋白质预测和疾病基因预测等方面进行了深入的研究, 在Bioinformatics、IEEE/ACM Transactions on Computational Biology and Bioinformatics、Proteomics、Methods、BMC Bioinformatics、BMC Systems Biology、BMC Genomics、IEEE Transactions on NanoBioScience等上发表SCI期刊论文70余篇,获国家授权发明专利五项。 2011年被确定为湖南省青年骨干教师培养对象,2012年获得教育部新世纪优秀人才资助,2016年获得国家自然科学基金优秀青年项目资助,主持国家级及省部级项目共计6项。获教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖(自然科学奖)二等奖一项(排名第2),获湖南省科技进步二等奖一项(排名第6)。
