The original protein-protein
interaction data was downloaded from MIPS (http://mips.gsf.de/). The self-connecting interactions
and repeated interactions of the original data were removed. The final
protein-protein interaction network used in this paper was a simple graph (PPI_data.txt).
Additional file: The predicted clusters with size¡Ý6 generated
using Tin = 0.9 and Tin = 0.6
